I guess I did it. Harvey graduated. It's nice to get a reminder that this place isn't a total waste of time after all. And then I get lucky for once, the Admiral giving me that break when he did. It looks like I missed some pretty bad stuff happening here. Another riot? But hey, that's the glory of the Barge, right? Never know what shitstorm to expect next.

Just try to stop thinking about it. We all know no one's in control when the Barge gets flooded.

Sort of. The function of the Barge was actually the biggest issue. Instead of reforming inmates, it was meant to make them worse. Most wardens definitely had an evil twin vibe going on, and the inmates became pretty harmless.
